A family story and human-sized
Our father and grandfather Armando Marques, already himself the son and grandson of coopers, founded the Marques Cooperage in Martillac.
Today, it is his daughter, Paula, who is the general manager and his grandson Adrien who is in charge of barrel production.
We manufacture about 1,000 barrels per year with an export share for over 20 years.

As the true linchpin of the cooperage, Paula orchestrates administrative management and logistics. She is your primary contact: from order placement to delivery in your cellar, she ensures that our service is as impeccable as our barrels.

Cooper Artisan
The hand and eye of the workshop. Adrien perpetuates the family gesture with modern demands. An expert in heating and bending, he transforms raw wood into precision farming tools. He is the one who signs each barrel, taking on his responsibility as a craftsman for the final quality.
